Controller and principles

The controller of this website is Pferdesport & EventCenter Schweiz, St. Urbanstrasse 39, 4914 Roggwil BE. Privacy requests can be sent to info@psecs.ch. We process personal data under Swiss data protection law for specified purposes, proportionately and with appropriate safeguards. Necessary storage supports security, forms, login and your privacy choice.

Analytics, advertising and consent

Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and TikTok Pixel can be loaded only after your voluntary consent. Analytics helps improve the site; marketing measures campaigns and conversions. The visited URL, referrer, time, IP address, browser and device information, identifiers and events may be sent to the selected provider, including abroad, particularly the United States. Without consent these tags are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Retention and your rights

We retain our own data only as long as required for its purpose, legal obligations and abuse prevention. Tracking retention is governed by Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok policies. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to processing. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Status: 23 September 2026.
